To give a little background, Butler has a web strategic team that meets once a week and discusses Jadu and other web related items. This team is currently going through the process of creating a Jadu guideline that will house our content revision process, centralized training, and user workflow. The team is interested in what other colleges have done (or are doing) in regards of guidelines and processes they have established, and would be interested in starting a collaborative project.
