User Account bug

Hi,

Looks like a slight bug in the accounts on the site - earlier when I was commenting I noticed it showed me as signed in as one user, I refreshed and then it shown I was signed in as me. The other user it shown me as logged in as is on the same network, so it may be that it was thinking that based on IP address?
